Massage is one of the oldest rituals of rest. The touches offered at Allia Spa are chosen for different needs · relaxation, revival or shedding fatigue.

Four touches

Classic (Swedish) massage · 45 min: the basic ritual that revives the whole body with flowing long strokes; suited to every profile.

Aromatherapy · Bay laurel · 75 min: a slow-paced, restful touch with regional bay-laurel and lavender essential oils; it calms the mind.

Sports massage · 30-75 min: preparation before training, recovery after; it is good for muscle fatigue and stiffness.

Balinese massage · 60 min: a rhythmic, layered Far-Eastern technique that begins at the feet; deep relaxation with the heat of basalt stones.

What suits you

For relaxing, aromatherapy or a classic massage; for recovering after a busy day, a sports massage; for deep calm, a Balinese massage is a good start. Our therapist can suggest the option most suited to your preference.
