Stay

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in 14:00, check-out 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are offered free of charge subject to availability.

Can I book for a single occupant?

Yes · every room type can be booked for a single guest. Our pricing is per person · based on the number of guests staying in the room.

How do I cancel my booking?

Cancellation terms depend on the room type and offer you booked. Our standard policy: free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. Full terms are in your confirmation email.

Can I add an extra bed?

An extra bed can be added to our suites. Because we price per person, there is no extra charge for the additional bed · you are charged by the number of guests staying. Family Suites comfortably host up to 4 guests.

Spa & Thermal

Is there an age limit for the spa?

The thermal pool and sauna areas are for ages 12 and over. A children's pool is available for ages 6-12. The thermal pool is not suitable for ages 0-5.

Is the thermal water actually from a source?

Yes · it comes out of the Mount Ida underground source at 62°C, then is brought down to safe temperatures for pools and rituals. The mineral analysis report is available at reception.

Can pregnant guests use the spa?

We strongly advise pregnant guests against using the thermal areas, including the thermal pool, sauna and hot rituals. Our spa advisor can suggest alternative ways to relax.

How do I book a ritual?

Book at least 24 hours before your stay via the concierge, or at check-in. We recommend booking ahead during peak season.

Restaurant & Gastronomy

Breakfast hours and menu?

Open buffet breakfast 08:00-10:00 · regional products signed by Bülent Bey, fresh bakery, organic preserves, seasonal fruit, gluten-free and vegan options. Late breakfast is served until 10:30.

Are vegan / vegetarian / gluten-free options available?

Yes · across all our restaurant menus. Allergens are labelled · for special diets please notify us at booking.

Can outside guests dine at the restaurant?

Getting Here

How do I reach the hotel?

18 km from Edremit Koca Seyit Airport (25 min · transfer available). 165 km from Izmir Adnan Menderes (about 2 h). Complimentary self-parking if you arrive by car.

Is there a transfer service?

Yes · we arrange transfers from the airport, bus station or a private address. Please contact reception at least 24 hours in advance.

How far is the nearest town?

Edremit centre 12 km, Ayvalık 35 km, the ancient city of Assos 75 km, Bozcaada-Geyikli pier 90 km.

Family & Children

Is there a children's discount?

Ages 0-6 stay free (in parents' room · standard bed). Ages 7-12 receive 50%. Ages 13+ are charged the adult rate.

Childcare / babysitting?

We do not offer a babysitting / childcare service. A cot and high chair are complimentary; we cannot provide a baby bath.

Is there a children's pool?

Our outdoor swimming pool has a dedicated children's section. The indoor heated children's pool is currently closed. Lifeguard on duty 09:00-17:00.

Pets & Health

Are pets allowed?

We are sorry · for the comfort of our guests and our hygiene standards, we cannot accept pets. Guide dogs are exempt from this rule.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

All main areas (lobby, restaurant, spa, 4 rooms) are wheelchair accessible. Please request an accessible room at booking.

First aid / on-call doctor?

A nurse is on duty at the property. In emergencies, guests are directed to the nearest hospital (Edremit · 12 km).
